Drollan was a tugboat who worked at the Harwick Harbour.
Bio
Drollan was a very lazy tugboat who worked at the Harwick Harbour from before the 1940s. In 2011 Atlas told Rusty and Sir Handel a story when Ten Cents and Drollan still worked together towing barges from Harwick to Cregwir and back again. Drollan it turns out though was not doing his fair share of the work then, leaving the slack to Ten Cents. Eventually he tried to take more than he could manage to prove he wasn't slacking, only to cause an accident involving the tramways bridge and ended up confined to the harbour as punishment.
Livery
Drollan's superstructure is painted maroon and his funnel and hull is painted black. His name is painted on his sides in white.

- Drollan is painted in the same colour scheme as the Z-Stacks fleet from TUGS.
- According to WildNorWester, Drollan's colour scheme in comparison to the Z-Stacks is purely coincidental and he took inspiration from a Tug boat he saw when writing up the script.
