Storm Report is the fourth episode of Season 3, and the twenty-second episode overall.

Plot

Charles West of Sodor Nightly News introduces himself with a special report of the storm that hit the Island of Sodor. Sir Handel speaks about his story about evacuating residents of Lakeside, where he and Rusty take the passengers to higher ground. The lapping water on the causeway causes an electrical fault in Rusty, so Sir Handel has to pull the entire train by himself. The train reaches Crovan's Gate where Stepney is waiting with medical facilities and personnel inside his carriage.

Another coverage of a story is told by Bill, whom he and Ben help to save a stray fishing boat. The harbour master tells the engines, and they manage to bring the boat back into port. The fishermen praise the twins for their efforts and Charles West ends the show.
